Each retainer includes up to 5 hours of advisory support per month that covers essential advisory activities for ongoing guidance. This ensures you always have access to support when you need it, without worrying about hidden extras. Additional support can be arranged at a reduced hourly rate of £35.00/hour for retainer clients.
1 x 30-minute advisory call each month
A marketing plan
Help setting up essential marketing accounts (e.g. Google Analytics, social pages, or tracking tools)
Monthly action plan with clear priorities
Competitor snapshot (if required)
2x reviews with practical recommendations (one at the start and end)
Content direction to help build outline of topics, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
Reviews of copy, campaigns, or proposals before you commit
Guidance when working with team, agencies or freelancers
Email support with a 48-hour response time (weekdays)
Next steps after the end of package for a forward plan with or without renewal
